Richard Feltz

In New York city I attending the Art Student League from 1970 to 1974. I then painting for seven more years before I left the painting to work in the financial district. I won many allowed-in shows. Then I back to Lockport to discovers the Art247 in Lockport in 2016. I begin to paint againt.
